Designed and textured a highly optimised, low-poly 3D environment using a single trim sheet. Built for real-time performance in Unity or Unreal Engine — ideal for immersive experiences like VR, digital twins, or interactive storytelling.

While conceptually stylised, the approach prioritised efficient asset reuse, clean topology, and flexible modularity — principles equally applicable to product demos, configurators, and commercial environments.
