Despite significant initial capital, the brand's original visual identity was fragmented and commercially unviable for the highly competitive RTD (Ready-to-Drink) beverage sector. The objective was to step in, audit the failing assets, and execute a complete brand rescue to salvage the launch.

Execution

Acting as the lead design partner, we systematically overhauled the brand architecture. We refined the packaging typography, completely redrew the core illustrative iconography (the boat motif) for scalable print production, and engineered a suite of photorealistic 3D renders to bypass the need for expensive physical prototyping.
